While in your Word document, click on the 'View' page.
Select 'Zoom' (the magnifying glass). You will be offered some preset amounts, but there is also a box labeled: 'Percent' Just put the number you want to use in there.
That is how the document appears on the screen, it does not affect the printing of the document.
