Q. Word isn't letting me type into a document. What do I do?

Word 2013 sometimes opens up in a special view mode when you open a file from an e-mail.  This mode will not allow you to type things into a document.  It also changes the formatting sometimes.  In order to view your document so that the formatting is correct and so you may type into it, select the "View" button on the topmost toolbar and then select "Edit Document."
