Q. Is it considered plagiarism if I write my personal notes based on something written on a website?

It would not be considered plagiarism if you copy notes from a website or a textbook for the sake of your own personal notes.  However, this would be considered plagiarism if you need to turn your notes in as part of an assignment.  It's always a good idea to check with your instructor if you have questions about plagiarism.
