Q. How do I log into my COM email?

To log into your COM email you need to know your userid and password. If you do not know your userid and password

Go to: www.com.edu

   Click on the WebAdvisor icon at the bottom of the page.
   Click on: What's My User ID / COM ID? on the WebAdvisor page
   Put in the required information and submit.
   You will have your userid and password
   Write it down
   Go to COM Email and use those credentials to sign in

Remember that if you have logged in before to WebAdvisor or Blackboard, your password may be different if you made changes to it. If you made changes then you will need to use the password that you changed it to in order to be able to log in.
