Please find a link to the Blackboard tutorial below. Page 2 lists the Technical Requirements for supported systems and browsers, and verifies you have required plug ins. It is best not to rely on wireless internet connections, as interruptions can cause you to be disconnected to the server.

Best practices include having reliable access to a computer and wired internet connection DSL or faster, a certified operating system and fully compatible browser, MS Office or suipagele alternative, Windows Media Player, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader & Flash Player, QuickTime, and Java. Specific classes may require speakers, webcam, microphone, and other hardware and software.

Page 3 provides important links on the Blackboard home page. You can do a browser check on your machine to ensure your browser and plugins are compatible.

The Online Learner Student Handbook provides details on the types of online courses, info on the Online Learner Workshop (required before registering for 1st internet or hybrid course), student responsibilities, and technical information. Support services for online students are also detailed.
