Please find a link to the Blackboard tutorial below. Page 2 lists the Technical Requirements for supported systems and browsers, and verifies you have required plug ins. It is best not to rely on wireless internet connections, as interruptions can cause you to be disconnected to the server.

Best practices include having reliable access to a computer and wired internet connection DSL or faster, a certified operating system and fully compatible browser, MS Office or suitable alternative, Windows Media Player, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader & Flash Player, QuickTime, and Java. Specific classes may require speakers, webcam, microphone, and other hardware and software.

Page 3 provides important links on the Blackboard home page. You can do a browser check on your machine to ensure your browser and plugins are compatible.
