To delete text in a word document

1. Click or use the keyboard to position the cursor either in front or behind character to be deleted

2. Press the Delete key to delete the character in front of the cursor. Press the Backspace key to delete the character behind the cursor.

To delete a chunk of text, select it and press the Delete key.

It's that easy!
