To Print Documents

1. Find the Number of the Computer You are using (e.g. Lib #), located on the top right corner of your monitor from the print queue. Make sure you check the date and time. (Print jobs are left on the print queue for 3 days). This is why it is important to check, because you may print someone else's print job

2. Select your print job in the print queue by clicking once, if you click twice you will have to cancel to get back to the list of print jobs

3. Insert the amount listed under Cost  into the coin machine first before clicking the Print button

4. Click the  print button at the bottom of the screen

5. On the next screen click the print  button once again

6. Take your print out from the printer

  1. I am not in a library but on a personal laptop and trying to locate the print queue so that I can delete unwanted files in the queue and print a current item.

  2. wordsmith49, on a windows laptop or PC, the print queue is associated with specific printers. So you'll need to find the printer that is set up ob your laptop. How you get there varies by Windows version. For Windows 10, you can go to control panel> devices and printers. From there select the printer to see the queue and delete print jobs. For many windows versions you can also get to printers using the start search function.
