Q. I created a PowerPoint on my MAC at home, but when I get here the pictures are not showing in the presentation.

When creating a Power Point and you are using images it is very important to save the images to the same location that you have saved your Power Point presentation.

This is important if you will be presenting your presentation on another computer, because the computer that you present on may not have the images and does not know where to find them when you open it on a different computer.

To save images from the web:

   Right-click on the image and select Save-As

   Choose the location to save the image (e.g. USB)

   Give the image a name

   Click okay.

Just use those simple steps to save each image that you use in your Power Point and it will work when you open it on another computer.
