Sorry about that -- yes; I will go speak to the individual(s) in study room A and show them how to "book" / reserve a study room from our website.
The rooms should always be locked when exiting to prevent this from occuring. We will start checking the rooms to ensure they are secure.
Just a reminder, study rooms are "reserved" from our home page - on the right hand side of the screen under the box title Get a Study Room.
Click on the Reserve a room - that will take you to the schedule/calendar page. Follow the instructions. Then all you need to do is come to the COM Library circ desk with your COM ID and get the room key.
