We did not have any sources that provided an answer in our library. This is the kind of information that is most likely to be found locally, in this case Amsterdam, New York where Simcer road is located. I was found an email for the Amsterdam Free Library. I recommend contacting them. They are the most likely to have access to this information, if it is available: amslib@mvls.info.
