Q. How do I fill in the box with color?

This is simple to do. Just select (click) the text box and it will then have a dotted line around the text box. On the Format page in the Text Box Styles group select the Shape Fill down arrow and choose the color you would like.

That's it! Your text box should be filled with the color that you selected.
