For eBooks, you can go to our catalog, WorldCat (linked below), and search for gun control. To make sure the list doesn't have print books, use the format options on the left. Put a check in the box next to books, then uncheck the print option so that you are left with only eBooks.
Once you find a title you like, click the title link to get to the detailed record. From there, you'll see a link that says eBook, click here to access. Once you click that link, you will be prompted to log in with your last name and 7-digit COM ID.
For articles, go to our Databases libguide. It's available on the library homepage, and also linked below. Select the Hot Topics tab. From there you'll find links to great databases for current events.
Opposing Viewpoints, CQ Researcher, Issues & Controversies, and Academic Search Complete are all excellent databases for these kinds of topics.
