Q. I live in COM's tax district. Can I use Films on Demand at home?

As a resident of our tax district, you are able to purchase a COM Library card. But this card only allows you to check out books

The COM Library card is $12/year, from Sep. 1-Aug. 31. The cost is pro-rated by the month.
