For criticism articles on this novel, go to our databases guide linked below. Our databases are in alphabetical order, so to find Literary Reference center click on 'L', to find EBSCO click on 'E', etc.

The databases that have articles on this story are:

Literary Reference Center: Click on the link to access the database and search "heart of aztlan". Use the quotes so it searches the exact phrase. You can use the limiters on the left for publication date, source type and subject. To access the articles, click on the title link. This takes you to a detailed record from which you can access the full text of the article by clicking the link on the top left.

eBooks: This is a link to EBSCO eBooks.  Use the same search phrase: "heart of aztlan" You can then use the subject limiter on the left to limit to literature and criticism topics.

Literary Sources: Type the title into the search bar. You will see a list of suggestions pop up. Select the one that says "Novel". You can select full text by clicking the option under the search bar. Then hit the search button.

I also included a link to our guides, Working with Literature and Cite MLA Style.
