Go to the databases guide, linked below.  They are in alphabetical order, so click on 'n' for nursing to find the nursing databases, 'a' to find Academic Search Complete, etc.
 
First, search Academic Search Complete for the search phrase:  (cholesterol AND coconut) AND human. You can copy and paste that into the search bar.
I also searched Medline (link found in the Nursing page) and searched the same phrase.
For both of these databases, use the limiters on the left for full text and publication date. You can also limit by Subject and Source.
Using some of the free databases listed in the Nursing page yielded results. Try PubMed, BioMed, and Springer Open, using the same search phrase.
