Q. Can you help me look up books on the Civil War?

The best way to find print books on any subject is through our catalog, OneSearch. We have several print books as well as eBooks on the Civil War. It's as simple as typing in your topic, Civil War, and reviewing the result list.  Under Refine My Results (left hand of screen), click on BOOKS.  This results in a list of just books and eBooks. Click on the book titles to get the call number to find print books on the shelves, or click on the link to access the eBooks.

The library also has a published guide on the Civil War and Reconstruction period.  On the left side of the guide, you will see tabs for featured books, articles, primary sources and videos relating to that time period.  Click on the link below to access it.
