Using an internet search will be your easiest best in this case.

I searched Google with the phrase "Texas lemon laws" and obtained a summary from the Better Business Bureau.

From there, I obtained the Revised Statute information in the title, and ran a separate search on that. There is another summary from the Texas Attorney General, and links to the actual statute.

Keep in mind that some of the websites in the result list are from law firms soliciting business. Websites that end in .gov are government sites, but websites that end in .org are not necessarily non-profit. Read any disclaimers at the top and bottom of the page to ensure the site is legitimate, if it ends in .com or .org.
