Yes, there are several different ways to do this.  The simplest is to go to a free online utility such as the link below to smallpdf.com.  You can upload your pdf, and the utility will compress it into a smaller pdf which you can then download.  Keep in mind that the smaller pdf may have lower image quality than the original.
