For basic information on tomatoes, go to our Databases libguide, linked below, and select the Reference tab. From there, select the Credo Reference link.

In the search bar, enter this search phrase: Lycopersicon esculentum acid into the search bar. Lycopersicon esculentum is the scientific name for the plant.

If you need more detailed info, from the Databases libguide, select the Science tab and select Academic Search Complete and/or MasterFILE Premier. Enter the search phrase Lycopersicon esculentum AND acid.

Use the limiters on the left to select for full text, references/scholarly journals, and publication date. You can also expand the Subject headings and select those that pertain to your topic.
