For books, your best bet is to find titles about process technology equipment and then check the index for mention of cyclone scrubbers or scrubbers in general.  The library has some books about process technology equipment that you can find by following the link below to our library catalog WorldCat and searching for ti:process technology.  There are also eBooks available.  With eBooks, you can open the full text, then click on the magnifying glass on the top right and search for the word cyclone or scrubber to quickly determine how much coverage the book devotes to that type of equipment.

You also can find articles about this type of equipment in the library databases.  Follow the link below to the Databases libguide and select the Business, Industry, Vocational tab.  You can search all the EBSCO databases at once by selecting Business & Industry Databases.  In the database, you can retrieve all articles about scrubbers by searching for DE "SCRUBBER (Chemical technology)".  You can also do a more specific search by typing DE "SCRUBBER (Chemical technology)" AND (scrubb*).  From there, you can limit the search with the options on the left.  For this sort of subject, the material from trade publications will probably be the most useful.
