Q. Background change for iO7 keyboard

There are a few keyboard options under general settings, but changing the keyboard color, or reverting back to previous version is not one of them. Nor can changed to keyboard be made under accessibility options. The old keyboard can still pop back up, however, depending on the app your are in. If the app developer has not changed it, it will still look like the old keyboard.
