Q. I can't access an EBSCO eBook linked within my Blackboard course.

Chances are, your instructor did not use the Permalink or Durable URL. We can notify your instructor and provide directions on getting the correct URL.

In the meantime, go to the EBSCO eBooks link below and type in the tilte of your book. You will be able to access it that way. Once you see it in the result list, click on the title link to get into the detailed record. You can then view the book.

To obtain a permalink from EBSCO, once in the detailed record of the title, you will see a set of tools on the right. Select the icon that looks like a chain. This is the Permalink.
