When there is no author (very common with web sites) you start with the title of the site instead of the author's last name, followed by the date and paragraph number. You may use a shortened version of the title if it is long. If there is no date you indicate that with with n.d.

Example with no author with date: ("End," 2009, para. 1)

Example with no author and no date: ("End," n.d., para. 1)
