If you are unable to access a database from off campus, try adding this to the front of the url:

https://ezproxy.com.edu/login?=url

This prefix ensures that you will first be directed to the off-campus login screen, where you enter your COM ID number and last name so you can access library databases offline.  If this doesn't work, please contact the library and provide some detail about what happens when you try to enter the database.  The problem could be due to the setup on your computer, or a temporary issue on the database provider's side.
