You can do it from scratch or use the forms on Son of Citation Machine to help you.

From Scratch
To do it from scratch, go to the Cite Web page in Cite APA Style guide (link below), and scroll down to the Web Nonperiodical: eBooks, most web sites, ebooks or pamphlets from databases box for the specific pieces of info you need to cite and an example of what it should look like. Many web sites don't have all the information such as author. In those cases you have to skip over unavailable information and go on to the next one. 

Son of Citation Machine
Go to the Grab a Citation page in the Cite APA Style guide (link below), and scroll down to the Citation Generators box for a link to Son of Citation Machine. Choose Web page and fill out the form with all the info available. When done, click on the Make Citation button and copy your citation for your References page or in text citation.
