I can point you in the direction of a couple of databases which will help you explore the broad topic of human rights, to focus in on a few specific aspects.

Go to the databases guide below. Click on the Hot Topics page. Two databases, Gale: Opposing Viewpoints & Facts on File both discuss human rights and can help with this.

To search the databases, just click on the link from the Hot Topics page. Once in, just search hot topics. You will find several articles and resources to review.

Gale: Opposing Viewpoints has a topic overview, pro and con articles, academic articles and more.

Facts on File has an article on Human Rights, then some updates and sidebars.
