Two good places to look would be ProQuest Powersearch and Gale Academic OneFile. Search for "My neighbor Totoro" (include the quotes).  From there you can limit the search with the filter options on the screen (full-text, etc.).

If you don't specifically need articles from academic sources, another good option would be websites that compile movie critic reviews.  For example, Rotten Tomatoes has several reviews of the movie written by well-established film critics.
