One place to look is the library's EBSCO databases.  Follow the link below and from the database list select Academic Search Complete and MasterFile Premier, then click on Continue.  Search for "My neighbor Totoro" (include the quotes).  From there you can limit the search with the options on the left side of the screen (full-text, etc.).

If you don't specifically want articles from academic sources, another good option would be websites that compile movie critic reviews.  For example, The Movie Review Query Engine and Rotten Tomatoes both have several reviews of the movie written by well-established film critics.
