Sure.

I found information on Color Theory from University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF). It includes the meanings of colors, emotions evoked by different combinations, design, and links to resources. It's ok to use websites from universities, museums, etc (unless your instructor tells you differently).

Go to the databases by A to Z linked below.  Click on the arrow next to Database Subjects, click on the Fine Arts page, and then click on the EBSCO: Academic Search Complete link, you can search DE "SYMBOLISM of colors". That is a subject search. Use the limiters on the left for full text, publication date, etc.

You can also click on the EBSCO: MasterFile link in the same section, and conduct the same search.
