This does not happen very often, but when it does there are a couple of things you can try:

  • Try accessing the database through another browser.
  • Try clearing the history, cache, or cookies in your browser.
  • Try following a direct link to an article in the database, such as this one.  If this link works, it will take you into Academic Search Complete.  From there, you can switch to other Ebsco databases through the Choose Databases link above the search bar.
