Go to the databases by A to Z linked below.  The databases are in alphabetical order, so click on 'e' to search EBSCO, 'g' to search Gale and 'p' to search Proquest.

Since you need academic journals, your best bet is EBSCO: Academic Search Complete.

Search "emotional intelligence". Use the quotes so it searches for the entire phrase.  Use the filters on the left hand side of the screen to narrow down your search results.  Make sure you have the full text articles open checked.
