WorldCat, a global catalog of library collections, can search the holdings of thousands of libraries around the world.  Follow the link below to WorldCat and search for the title of the eBook you found.  When asked, click on the link that says search Libraries Worldwide.  Use the filters on the left hand side of the screen to narrow down search results to physical book.  Click on the title of the book from the list generated.  You should see a list of libraries that are currently holding the book.  If there is a local library holding the book, you could acquire it through Interlibrary Loan or the TexShare program, both of which you can get more information about through the Find & Get Items from Other Libraries guide below.
