To find books and articles, follow the link to OneSearch below and type: uses of thyme NOT honey NOT "essential oil" just as it's displayed here in the search bar and hit enter.  You will get a list of articles and books that discuss the use of thyme.  Using the filters on the left, click on BOOKS to get a list of just books addressing the use of thyme.  To see just articles, click on ARTICLES.
