CINAHL Ultimate is typically the best place to begin a search for medical articles.  A basic keyword search in CINAHL Ultimate for neurofibromatosis retrieved over 2,900 articles.  You can reduce this number by selecting search limiters on the left side of the screen.  Full-text, date of publication, and subject: major heading are particularly useful for narrowing the search down to relevant results.
