Q. I am doing a persuasive presentation on steroid use in sports, and want to see if anyone mentions benefits to steroid use.

Go to the databases by A to Z linked below.  The databases are in alphabetical order, so click on 'e' to search EBSCO, 'g' to search Gale and 'p' to search Proquest.

I performed a quick search, you can find a few articles that advocate for allowing steroid use, but the bulk of the results concentrate on negative effects. Gale Opposing Viewpoints had the most resources on this topic.

You can, however, find opponents of mandatory drug testing for athletes, as a privacy issue.
