To find databases with articles about nutrition, start by following the link below to our Databases libguide.  Then select the Health & Nursing tab.  This will present you with a list of health & nursing databases that you can search for material on this subject.  Our EBSCO databases Academic Search Complete and CINAHL are ideal places to begin.  Try initially searching with the string nutrition AND environment, which will retrieve many articles.  You can narrow this down to a more manageable and relevant group with the search limiters in the database.  Limit to full text, and limit to relevant subject headings (nutrition).  Once you find some relevant articles, you can try looking through their citations to see if they reference any other articles on the subject, which you can then search for in the database.

You can also try searching Gale Health Reference Center.  Go into the database and select the 'Subject libguide Search' option.  Search for nutrition.  Select Nutrition from the list of subject terms.  This will retrieve all articles in the database that have nutrition assigned as a subject term.  From there, narrow this result down by searching for environment in the Refine Results search bar on the left side of the screen.  This retrieves 245 articles, and several near the top of the search results appear to be related to the effects that environmental factors have on nutrition.
