When you find the book you want in the COM catalog, write down the call number and any other information about the location of the book. This information tells you where to find the book. Each book is given a letters of the alphabet according to its subject matter. The books are then arranged in order on the shelves by these letters. After you’ve found the book(s) you have chosen please follow the signs in the library, then the labels on the ends of the shelves, and then the labels on the spine of each book to locate your book. If you still need help to locate the book the Library staff members are always glad to help. Also check our Find Books libguide about How to Find Books on Shelves.
