The best approach is to:

  1. Go to the Social Sciences page in databases (link below) and select EBSCO Powersearch.
  2. Type in Schizophrenia to search.
  3. You'll have tens of thousands of results, so you'll need to narrow down. You can do this by:
    1. Refine to full text
    2. Click on Subject: Thesaurus Term and selecting Schizophrenia to limit to just those articles where it's a main topic.
    3. You will still have tens of thousands of articles, so you'll need to narrow down more. You may need to review your list of articles to know how you want to do that. You should also review the Subject: Thesaurus Terms now available as well as Subjects as they are quick and easy way to do this. For instance, one of the subjects available is PSYCHOLOGICAL aspects, which will narrow down to hundreds.
    4. You can keep on using the Subject: Thesaurus Terms as well as Subjects until you have exactly what you need.
