See the link below for our Articles guide.  For this paper, you may want to check our Hot Topics & News guide (link below).  Using the EBSCO Academic Search Complete, try some keyword searches on your topic.  If you are specifically interested in talking on a cell phone, one possibility would be:  "cell phone" driving  By putting the words "cell phone" in quotes, you will find articles with those words as a phrase, i.e. next to each other.   A broader topic could be 'distracted driving" or narrower texting driving.
