 Go to the databases by A to Z linked below.  The databases are in alphabetical order, so click on 'e' to search EBSCO, 'g' to search Gale and 'p' to search Proquest.

Then select a database to search. Try different search terms such as "Pope John Paul" and "canon".

You might want to also approach it from another direction. You can also research information regarding the reasons you believe he shouldn't be canonized in addition to researching opininons on the canonization itself.
