You can find articles about different energy sources through the databases in our Databases libguide, under the Science tab.

Most of the science databases in this libguide are EBSCO based, and these databases allow you to search for subject terms (click on the "subject terms" or "index" tab on the top left side of the screen) and combine them to perform precise searches.  In EBSCO: Academic Search Complete, you can find many articles about this subject by finding the subject terms for solar energy, wind power, and fossil fuels, and combining them in such a way that the database retrieves articles that discuss fossil fuels and either wind or solar power.  You can see the results of such a search here.

You can also find help in our Find Articles libguide.
