For your topic, the speech and social sciences pages in our databases guide are probably your best bet. Many of the EBSCO databases will be helpful including Academic Search Complete and Psychology & Behavioral Sciences, depending on how you are approaching this.

Enter your search phrase (communication at work) and hit search. You will get thousands of results, so use the limiters on the left side of the screen to narrow down the topic. You can limit to full text, narrow down the years of publication, and click on specific subject terms. Communications in organizations seemed especially relevant.

If you see an article that looks promising, you can click on the link to read more and to see other subject terms to explore.
