The databases listed at the top of the list under Best Bets are the best ones to try.  You can search all of the EBSCO databases simultaneously by clicking on EBSCO Powersearch.

When doing your search, select "Advanced Search".  Add "criminal justice" and psychology to the search fields. You can also set up some limits (full text, scholarly journals etc.)

 Once you get to the results page, you can narrow down your search by adding additional subjects from the "Subject" and "Subject: Thesaurus Term"
