There are two great databases to use to find resources on blood donation:

  • EBSCO's Consumer Health Complete
    EBSCO's Consumer Health Complete is a great resource. It has articles, content from encyclopedias, reference books and pamphlets for great background information, and for some topics it has images and videos which are great for speeches.
  • Gale Health & Wellness Resource Center
    This database also has articles, books & fact sheets, pamphlets, images and video.

To access these databases, go to the databases guide (see link below) and select the Health & Nursing page. It will be listed in the Best COM Library databases for Health & Nursing box.
