Q. can 2 hoopla accounts be installed on one roku device?

Not in the sense that you could toggle back and forth between the two. I believe that you'd actually have to uninstall and reinstall on roku and since you have to link to a streaming deceive through your Hoopla iOS or Android app to activate you'd have to do the same on that device as well. If you have more than one streaming device you could just use one account for each. Those are the workaround options.
