No, anyone can come into the library.  If you wish to check out books or other items, you will need a COM ID or community library card.  Community cards are available to persons living in our taxing district and can be purchased at the cashier window in the Administration building for $12 per fiscal year.  Students/Employees can get their COM ID made through Student Services.  Visit the Welcome Desk in the Doyle Family Administration Building for instructions on how to apply for your ID.
