We don't have access to the site but we do have access to the full text of the publication, with a one month embargo.
Here is a link to the publication page in Gale Academic OneFile. You'll see a list with the issues for for 2018. The link to the most current issue will have citations to the articles but no full text because of the embargo. All issues prior through 1/8/1999 will have the full text. If you are off campus, you'll need to log in with your COM ID to access.
We also have access through EBSCO and ProQuest, but Gale seems to get the issues faster and is a little more user friendly.
FYI, There is a lists of the latest articles with a link to Browse by issue on our Current Awareness page for faculty.
