The best databases for peer reviewed articles on almost any subject are Academic OneFile, Academic Search Complete and Research Library.  You can access them from Tips for Finding Peer Reviewed Articles (see link below).

You can also go to our A-Z Databases page and limit databases to see all our databases with peer reviewed articles (link below).

Academic OneFile

Get peer reviewed articles in Academic OneFile. Here's how:

  1. Perform a search on your topic. 
  2. Under Limit Search by, select the Peer Reviewed Journals.
  3. All your results will now be peer reviewed.

Academic Search Complete

  1. After performing your search go to Refine Your Results on the left, select peer reviewed journals and hit update.

Research Library

  1. Perform a search on your topic.
  2. Select the Peer Reviewed option directly under the search box, or in the Narrow results column.
  3. All your results will now be peer reviewed.
