It depends. Most of our EBSCO eBooks have unlimited access and you can read those online anytime. Others only limited access for 1-3 people can use at a time that can be read online so long as it does not go over that amount.

If you want to to make sure you can access one with limited access or read either kind offline, you'll have to download it and the requires that you check it out, which requires a free EBSCO account.
