If you are a College of the Mainland student or employee, you can try contacting the Help Desk (Tech Support) using the contact info linked below. If you are using a laptop you can try bringing it into the library lab and we will try to help you figure it out, but otherwise your best bet is the  Help Desk or the tech support for your actual device. It sounds like it's not recognizing the removable drives.
