Most websites do not have an author listed, yet most citations styles ask for one. Any time the citation style asks for information that you cannot find you simply have to skip that piece and start with the next one--you can't include something that does not exist. Make sure you have reviewed the page thoroughly before deciding to skip it--if your instructor can find it you'll likely get points off.
